Bhang(Hemp) seeds ki chutney Recipe||भांग की चटनी की रेसिपी||mamta's kitchen

Bhang(hemp) seeds Chutney recipe:-

Ingredients:-

1) 1 cup Bhang(hemp seeds) ke beej

2) 2 tsp salt or to taste

3) 3-4 nos. garlic cloves.

4) 3 green chillie

5) 2 tbsp lemon

6) 1/2 glass of water

7) 1/3 cup mint leaves

8) 1/2 cup coriander leaves

9) Pinch of turmeric powder

Method:-

1) First heat a pan on gas, and roast bhang seeds.

2) Transfer in a plate and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

3) Add all ingredients in mixie jar.

4) Grind them and make a smooth paste.

5) Transfer in a pot.

6) Garnish with mint leaves.
